Any Day In The Woods Is A Good Day
Any day in the woods is a good day. It’s a good day, because it means paying attention to the small things that make the world so exhilarating. You’re just there to be and breath. Absorbing every sight, sound and shift of the wind. It humbles you by making you concede to the innate fact that you‘re so damn small in comparison to the world around you. It reminds you how much you still have to learn and to keep your focus simple. Food. Water. Shelter. Losing connection to the land means losing that essence and I don’t know about you, but that’s not a risk I’m willing to take.
